1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Riturn website at riturn.com and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Riturn LLC (“Riturn,” “we,” “us”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Riturn. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. The Service

Riturn is a daily ritual application grounded in Ayurveda's framework. The Service includes a daily check-in, personalized ritual recommendations, an AI Coach, and related features.

Riturn is not a medical service. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health care, or the advice of a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition.

4. AI Coach

Riturn includes an AI-powered Coach. The Coach is designed to help you understand your daily rituals and Ayurveda's framework. The Coach has hard limits: it will not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a medical professional. For full details, see our AI Disclaimer.

The Coach's responses are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You should not rely on the Coach for medical decisions.

5. Accounts and waitlist

When you join the waitlist, you provide your name and email address. You agree to provide accurate information. We may use your email to send you updates about Riturn in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service by automated means without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including text, illustrations, design, code, and the Riturn name and logo — is owned by Riturn LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riturn LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riturn LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
