• Name and email address when you join the waitlist, subscribe to our newsletter, or submit a contact form.
• Optional information such as your reason for interest or cohort preference.

Information collected automatically:

• Page views and basic usage analytics via PostHog, our sole analytics provider.
• Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL).
• Cookies necessary for site functionality (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How we use your information

• To send you updates about Riturn, including beta invitations and launch announcements.
• To respond to your inquiries via the contact form.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data. We never have and never will.
• We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
• We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking scripts.
• We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

We use the following services to operate Riturn:

• Vercel — website hosting (infrastructure provider).
• PostHog — privacy-focused product analytics. We do not enable session recording.
• Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy and in accordance with applicable law. We select providers that offer strong data protection practices.

6. Data retention

We retain your email address and name for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. If you unsubscribe, we remove your contact information from our active mailing lists within 30 days. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

7. Your rights

You may at any time:

• Unsubscribe from our emails using the one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data.

8. California residents

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA. You may exercise your rights as described in Section 7 above.

9. Children's privacy

Riturn is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at hello@riturn.com and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Riturn after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
