Daily Ritual App · Grounded in Ayurveda

Return to your rhythm.

Riturn translates 5,000 years of Ayurveda into three small rituals each morning — chosen for the body and mind you actually woke up with. A 30-second check-in. A 15-minute plan. A coach when you need one. The smallest daily practice you'll actually keep.

Wellness apps ask a lot of you. We ask 30 seconds.

Leaf, water, and flame — the three daily rituals

30 seconds in

Open Riturn. Tell us how you woke up — sleep, energy, mood, body. That's it.

15 minutes a day

Get three small, specific rituals chosen for today. Most take under five minutes each.

The rest of your life

Riturn is designed to dissolve into the way you already live — not become another thing to keep up with.

Four moving parts. One quiet morning.

Engine 1 — Balance Check-in

30 seconds.

You don't fill out a quiz every day. You check in. Sleep, energy, mood, two body signals. The app translates it into a plain-language read of where you are this morning — no jargon, no scores out of ten.

Engine 2 — Daily Ritual

Three things, today.

Riturn picks one or two evergreen rituals you'll do most days (something steady — a morning self-massage, a breath practice, a cup of warm water) and one or two variable rituals tuned to today's check-in. Total time: about fifteen minutes.

Engine 3 — Coach

When a question comes up.

A trained AI companion that knows your plan, knows Ayurveda's framework, and knows what it doesn't know. The Coach will not diagnose you. It will not prescribe. It will help you think about what you're noticing and point you to a practitioner when you need one.

Engine 4 — Weekly Reflection

One trend. One next thing.

Once a week, Riturn shows you a single trend from how your week went, plus one small thing to try next. No leaderboards. No streaks designed to make you anxious about missing a day.

Why ancient wisdom, and why now.

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of medicine and daily care developed in India. Long before “personalized health” became a marketing phrase, Ayurveda was already organized around the principle that your body has a baseline pattern — and a current state — and that the right daily practice meets you where you are today.

For most of the last century, that wisdom has lived in textbooks, in clinics, and inside the heads of practitioners. Riturn translates the parts of it you can actually use into a daily product.

We didn't simplify Ayurveda. We made it operational.

Join the beta.

Riturn's first beta opens in summer 2026 to a small group of invited users. The beta is free, web-based, and runs for 4–6 weeks. We're looking for people who want to actually use the app daily and tell us what works and what doesn't.
